TERMS OF SERVICE — NEXHUB All products are sold “as is.” You assume full responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. However, since our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally **do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges** under any circumstances. --- SECTION 1 — GENERAL POLICY NexHub reserves the right to **cancel, suspend, or permanently revoke access** to any product or service if you are found to be abusing, redistributing, or misusing it in any way. Our software and tools are intended strictly for **authorized, educational, or server development purposes only.** If you are found, reported, or suspected of improper usage, your access will be **immediately revoked** without refund. We take **leaks, reselling, or disclosure of private information** extremely seriously. If you leak our loader, files, or any information about our products or other users, you will be **permanently banned** from all NexHub services and any related platforms. Further action (including legal or platform reporting) may be taken if necessary. We reserve the right to **refuse or cancel your order** at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: - Product or service availability issues; - Errors in product description or pricing; - Suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions; - Violation of these Terms of Service. We may terminate or suspend your account and restrict access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. If you wish to stop using our products, simply discontinue usage. --- SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE SETUP OR FORMAT (Applies to: **PRIVATE SOFTWARE PVP** and **PRIVATE SOFTWARE MOD**) For products that require a clean system environment to function properly, setup is performed **exclusively by our professional team** through **AnyDesk** or **RustDesk**. - NexHub will **not** clear old traces from your PC prior to setup. - However, if necessary, our team will **reformat your PC safely** to ensure the installation is done correctly. - **Do NOT perform a factory reset (reformat)** before installation on your own — doing so may cause activation failure and result in loss of access **without refund**. - Chargebacks or payment disputes after violating these Terms will be considered **fraud** and reported accordingly. By purchasing any of these products, you understand and agree to the above setup and reformat conditions. Failure to follow them will void any support or warranty. --- SECTION 3 — STANDARD SOFTWARE PRODUCTS (Applies to: all other NexHub tools and digital products) Our digital products are delivered ready to use and **do not require formatting or remote setup**. Each product is provided in its final, functional version — simply follow the provided instructions for installation and activation. Any unauthorized modification, redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale of our software is **strictly prohibited** and will result in permanent termination of access without refund. --- SECTION 4 — AGREEMENT AND COMPLIANCE By purchasing or using any NexHub product, you acknowledge that you have **read, understood, and agreed** to these Terms of Service. Please review all terms carefully to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
